Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at our digital marketing company. The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing
- Analyze key performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content for digital marketing initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay informed of best practices and opportunities for innovation
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, tools, and platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals is a plus
