We are seeking an Operations Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization, and performing various administrative tasks.

Job Profile:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Operational Tasks: Perform various operational tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and meetings for the operations team.
Team Support: Provide support to the operations team, including assisting with projects, tasks, and initiatives.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s degree in a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an operations support role.
Skills: Good communication, organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Knowledge: Knowledge of operational processes, procedures, and best practices.
Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.
