Job Description
- Collaborate with the Head of Project Management to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and development, to coordinate and streamline efforts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager in the digital marketing space.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and incorporate them into project planning and execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of web is an added advantage
