About the Role:.
- We are seeking a Revenue/Marketing/Sales Operations Specialist - Business Insights to support our sales team with data-driven strategies, process optimization, and technology enhancements.
- This role will focus on improving sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency, ensuring the sales team operates at peak productivity.
- You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to drive scalable growth and revenue predictability.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Sales Process Optimization & Performance Management
- Design, implement, and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success.
- Optimize lead routing, pipeline management, and territory planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key sales metrics (pipeline velocity, win rates, conversion rates, quota attainment, etc.
- Provide real-time insights on sales performance to support leadership decisions.
- Analyze deal cycle times, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
