Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our Email API product. Work with clients to understand their technical and business needs, and design customized solutions that leverage our email technology. Prepare and deliver responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring all technical aspects are accurately addressed. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their pain points and providing expert guidance on how our solutions can address their challenges. Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the technical aspects of our Email API product. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights that influence product development and sales strategies. What we look for3+ years experience in product sales with an exceptional knack for storytelling. A bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of email technologies, APIs, and related protocols. Experience with AMP technology is a plus Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written verbal. Clear, compelling, and personalized communication across email and social media platforms to suit the shifting needs of our prospects. Positive speaking skills, strong listening skills, and writing skills. A true partner and a concierge for our clients who can go out of his/her way to meet their KPIs. Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research, and via social media. Strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge about communication channels, B2B SaaS, and the marketing automation space. Identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies and a proven ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed.
