Position : Presales Manager, Cybersecurity

Base Location : Bangalore & Chennai

Shift: Regular

As a Presales Manager of Cybersecurity, you shall:

• Work with the Netcon sales team to develop and pitch client specific presentations that support each stage of the conversation throughout the sales cycle.
• Facilitate client workshops, POCs, demos along with data gathering to uncover details of business challenges, use cases and opportunities.
• Research and provide creative, yet viable solutions to identify client needs, utilizing extensive solution vision and technical expertise.
• Take ownership for the completion of all RFI/RFP requests, ensuring they are completed within the agreed timeline and of an exceptional quality.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to client requests for information about solution propositions that demonstrate their value, benefits and capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of cross-industry verticals and the importance of security requirements from regulatory requirements.
• Good commercial understanding of the sales process in systems integration model, ideally gained within a similar sales security environment, demonstrating a broad understanding of consulting and managed security services.

Requirements:

• Completed bachelors university education with 9 years+ of professional experience, preferably in a Cybersecurity Services, Systems Integration or Consulting services working in any of the emerging technologies like Infrastructure Security, Data Security, IoT/OT Security, GRC & IDAM, Managed SOC etc.
• Should have relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years cybersecurity.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Security, Cisco Security, Claroty and other leading OEM vendors.
• Expertise in understanding customer needs, Cybersecurity use cases, Secure Architecture Design, Technical Analysis, Solutions Identification.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and guidelines such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST CSF, ISA62443, DPDPA, GDPR etc.
• Subject Matter expertise in most of the following areas: Cybersecurity: XDR, SRA, SIEM/SOAR, ZTNA, DLP, DAM, IDAM, GRC, CNAPP, DSPM etc.
• Subject matter expertise in the security solutions with professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, ISO27001LA or similar.
• Proven Success in pre-sales and good understanding in the area of information security consulting and managed security services.
• Know-how in Consultative Selling Methodology and Proposal Management.
• High customer orientation, independent team player and structured way of working.
• Flexible to work with international clients in their time zones. Willing to travel for client meetings-domestic and international.
