Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Developer/Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions tailored to business needs.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE) development and implementation.
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure integration services.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK and XRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and security roles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or similar certifications.
• Experience with AI Builder and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI.
