Key Responsibilities:

✅ Architect and develop enterprise-grade Java applications using open-source technologies.
✅ Design and implement domain-driven, event-driven, and message-driven architectures.
✅ Work with modern distributed technologies, including messaging brokers (IBM MQ, Apache Kafka) and distributed caching (Hazelcast).
✅ Optimize complex SQL queries and work with RDBMS providers (Sybase, MSSQL, etc.).
✅ Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive Agile & DevOps best practices (CI/CD/CM).

Must-Have Skills:

✔ Java (Strong hands-on experience in enterprise development).
✔ Application Design & Software Architecture (Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Design).
✔ Distributed Systems & Messaging (Kafka, IBM MQ, Hazelcast).
✔ Database Expertise (SQL, Sybase, MSSQL).
✔ Data Structures & Algorithms (Strong problem-solving skills).
✔ Agile & DevOps (CI/CD, Configuration Management).
✔ Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills.
