A Day in Your Life: Key Responsibilities

• Factory Spend Accounting
• Ensure correct GL coding, location, and department in SES and PR reviews.
• Manage lease accounting inputs and address high-value PRs to prevent rework.
• Rectification & Reconciliation
• Review expenses post-SES, perform Journal Voucher corrections, and prepare monthly summaries.
• Accruals & Provisioning
• Process monthly provisions (wages, travel, QA sampling, etc.) and validate ICO forms.
• Debit/Credit Note Pre-validation
• Review and send Debit/Credit notes for SSC processing.
• TDS Provisioning
• Manage TDS provisioning and ensure reconciliation.
• Government Reporting
• Submit monthly DPIIT updates, quarterly production reports, and ASI returns.
• Insurance & Gratuity
• Provide BMC details for insurance renewals and send gratuity inputs to HQ.
• Cost Allocation
• Oversee invoicing for NQAC and allocate expenses to locations in SAP.
• Affiliate Recoveries
• Raise ICO forms and follow up on pending payments from affiliates.
• Actuals Analysis & Reporting
• Perform NQAC spend analysis and manage true-up adjustments.
• Milk Tanker Freight Payments
• Handle freight payment generation in line with payroll.

What will make you successful:

• Education: B.Com Graduate, Any Postgraduate, CA Inter
• Experience: 2-5 years

Key Skills

• Attention to Detail: Precision in accounting and financial data review.
• Stakeholder Management: Effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Accounting Expertise: Knowledge of accruals, provisioning, and regulatory reporting.
• SAP Proficiency: Managing financial transactions and entries in SAP.
• Problem-Solving: Ensuring efficient financial processes and issue resolution.
