- Execution of operational O2C- Claims & Deductions activities
- Verification and processing of claims & deductions as per standards.
- Coordination with stakeholders (internal & external) for obtaining documents, customer reconciliations.
- Reporting on KPIs. Basic knowledge on Power BI and proficient on
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- Perform periodic activity relevant review's with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope.
- Functional understanding of O2C
- Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service.
