Quality Control Manager

Job responsibilities:

- All areas like Quality, quality production on all machines, Assembly & Despatch

- Implement proper inspection techniques for the conformance & quality of Product

- Maintain all the documents for the Quality control department.

- Communication with colleagues & senior management to achieve Company Goals.

- Inspection & Control of all components Procured & machined in-house/ outsourced (partly or completely finished) and all refurbished parts, All parts produced by the Company or held by the company as merchandise or consignment stock.

- Train and aware Operators & Inspectors for work piece handling as per quality plan achievement, Instrument Handling & work piece checking on machine & assembly. Achieve the company objective by satisfying customer requirement and supplier quality.

- Control the incoming inspection function.

- First Product Certification for coming material.

- Train the Inspector to inspect the incoming material as per the Product Quality Plan & Problem solving.

- Maintain the Supplier & receiving record keeping for incoming Goods

- In-process Inspection & Non-Destructive Testing

- Control the Final inspection, Assembly, Packing & Despatch function.

- Prepare and adhere to the Product Quality Plan & Problem Solving

- Certify the finished product after complete assembly of Product & Problem Solving.

- Maintain the record keeping for Assembly & Despatch as well as whole area of responsibilities

- Maintain Instrument Calibration Record and Train the Inspector for the calibration of Instrument.

- Ensure that all aspect of the Companys Health & Safety document are adhered to and be aware of and understand the Company’s Health & Safety regulations.

- Do not compromise the health or safety of yourself or others.

- Maintain a high level of good housekeeping in his areas

- Ensure that the Company’s quality management system and document is adhered to, and you are aware of and, where applicable, understand it’s content.

- Maintain a cordial relationship with the customers & team members.

- Ready to travel to the site or field visit to attend the customer complaints.

- Need to coordinate the work / repair of the gearboxes & hydraulics
