Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in crushers, screening equipment, and related industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and providing the right technical solutions to clients in the mining, construction, and aggregate industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand sales in the crusher and heavy machinery industry.
• Identify potential customers and build strong relationships.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable crushing & screening solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical presentations.
• Work closely with the engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mining Engineering / related field.
• 1-3 years of sales experience (Crusher field experience is an advantage).
• Strong technical understanding of crushers, screens, conveyors, and related machinery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in mining, aggregates, or construction equipment sales.
• Familiarity with different types of crushers (Jaw, Cone, Impact, VSI, etc.).
• Fluency in local language and English.
