Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Monitor team performance against key metrics (e. , time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and -professional networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges.
Talent Acquisition Operations:
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
- Track key recruitment metrics and generate reports for management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (internal and external).
- Proactively communicate recruitment progress and address client concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction with recruitment services.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e. , Bullhorn).
- Experience with social media recruiting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience with employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Qualification - MBA in preferred role
