Recruitment Analyst - Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst - Intern to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team in post-selection activities. This role will focus on ensuring a smooth onboarding process, document collection, and HR system management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in handling HRMS tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Collection & Verification: Coordinate with selected candidates to collect and verify required documents for onboarding.
• HRMS Handling (KEKA): Update and maintain employee records in KEKA HRMS.
• TA Reports Generation: Prepare and analyze recruitment reports to track hiring metrics and ensure compliance.
• Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data for audits and internal reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRMS tools like KEKA is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
