Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Planning:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing processes.
Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels to support production requirements.
Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Quality Management:
Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, products, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Supplier Management:
Identify and qualify potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related concerns.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, quality inspections, and supplier performance evaluations.
Generate reports and metrics to track key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, product quality, and cost savings.
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations.
