Job Description
Oversees the strategic sourcing and procurement processes (Global/Regional/ Country). Required to develop the procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and optimize procurement operations, ensuring optimization of the cost, cash, quality and service.

Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring compliance with regulations and driving cost savings.

Role Overview -
Builds, reinforces and distributes sourcing strategies to fit internal key functions
Leads key contract negotiations, including completing costs analyses and negotiations on terms and conditions
Drives savings initiatives while maintaining quality standards Proactively manages supplier relationshipActs as a strategic Business Partner and enabler
Builds and maintains strong intimacy with other Group Stakeholders
Monitors and reports on KPIs related to their scope Stays informed about industry best practices and emerging trends Analyzes market trends and applies this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions
Seeks continuously for procurement processes improvementsUnderstand end to end Supply Chain within the Category scope
Ensures procurement activities comply with laws and regulations
Provides support and mentorship to more junior procurement teams.
General Responsibilities Accountabilities-
Formulates and implements effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals Accountable for developing and maintaining full category plans
Accountable for developing and maintaining cost savings innitiatives
Formulates budget and forecast on spend category
Forecasts, identifies, reports cost savings, managing risk and opportunities across entities
Reports and monitors category profile information spend and opportunity assessment data, current order processes, supplier performance and other KPIs
Accountable for contributing strategically on global strategic processes of sourcing, negotiating, contracting, procurement Accountable for developing and maintaining supplier relationships
Accountable for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key Stakeholders.
Ensures correlation between contract, quotes and Purchase Requisition during the validation process
Develops a deep knowledge of the providers market in his category, their goods services and associated risks.
Enforces all procurement policies and compliance processes
Provides guidance to the procurement teams and promotes a collaborative working culture.
