SAP SD Consultant (4-5 yrs)

Position: SAP SD Consultant

Location: Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) Consultant with 45 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SD modules, including rollout, support, and WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) projects.

The candidate should be able to manage end-to-end requirements independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation & Support

- Drive end-to-end requirements in rollout, support, and WRICEF projects.

- Collaborate with business teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless SAP SD implementation and optimization.

- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and provide effective solutions using SAP SD functionalities.

2. Technical Expertise

- Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business needs.

- Prepare and review functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and forms.

- Ensure smooth integration of SD with other SAP modules like MM and FI.

3. Core Functional Responsibilities

- Manage pricing configurations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.

- Handle GST compliance, E-way bill generation, and IRN (Invoice Reference Number) processes.

- Execute key business processes such as intercompany sales, stock transfer orders (STO), and third-party sales processes.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, enhancements, and user manuals.

- Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

5. Communication & Collaboration

- Effectively communicate with business teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates to project managers and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Key Requirements

Experience :

- 4 - 5 years of experience in SAP SD module, including rollout, support, and WRICEF projects.

- Proven ability to manage requirements independently from gathering to execution.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on expertise in pricing configuration, GST compliance, E-way bill, and IRN processes.

- Strong knowledge of intercompany sales, STO, and third-party processes.

- Experience in preparing functional specifications for reports, enhancements, and forms.

- Configuration experience in SAP SD processes is mandatory.
