Greetings for the day!


We are hiring for Sales Engineer position.

Location - Gujarat, Bengaluru & Delhi


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and drive sales plan for Neologic range of products across targeted sectors and geography.
  • Generate, qualify, follow-up and convert leads into potential enquiries.
  • Visit potential customer to analyze customer needs and requirements to feed information for proposal making.
  • Conduct techno-commercial discussions with client & consultants, and finalize orders as per plan.
  • Prepare sales forecasting and update CRM software and closely monitor & drive the enquiries.
  • Build and maintain customer relationship throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Ensure collection of advances as per payment terms.
  • Transfer order to the project department to ensure that all Customer commitments have been translated to the entire project execution team.

Marketing

  • Suggest a cost-effective business promotional activity to raise the visibility of Neologic product basket to the branding team.
  • Participate in brand building events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions & improve visibility of Neologic range of solutions on offer.
  • Gather market intelligence on competition & identify potential market and application.
  • Create a marketing & sales strategy by doing SWOT analysis

What We're Looking For-

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech in any stream)
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Project/Equipment Sales, Process Plant Sales, or Industry-specific knowledge (Food, Dairy, Fruits & Vegetables, Cosmetics, Pharma Processing, and Allied Industries)
• Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of closing orders and meeting sales targets
