Job Description

Job Title: General Manager
Location: Noida, Sector 4
Salary Range: ₹6,50,000 to ₹10,00,000 per annum + Variable/Incentives
Experience Required: Minimum7 to 12 years in real estate, land sales, and all department management

Job Description:
As a General Manager in our esteemed real estate organization locatedin Noida, Sector 4, you
will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing various aspects of our operations. With your
extensive experience in real estate, land sales, and comprehensive department management,
you will drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster growth across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategic Planning:
• Providevisionary leadership to the organization, setting clear objectivesand
strategies for achieving business goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company'smarket
presence and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth
opportunities and mitigate risks.
2. Real Estate and Land Sales Management:
• Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including land acquisition, sales,
leasing, and development projects.
• Formulate and execute effectivesales and marketing strategies to drive property
sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate contractsand agreements with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to
ensure favourable terms and conditions.
3. Operational Excellence:
• Ensure efficient and effectiveoperation of all departments, including sales,
marketing, finance, legal, and customer service.
• Implement best practices and processes to streamline workflows, optimize
resource allocation, and enhance productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track
progress and identify areas for improvement.
4. Team Managementand Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration,
innovation, and excellence.
• Provideguidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their
skills, capabilities, and performance.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to drive
    professional growth and development.
    5. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and
    legal obligations.
    • Identify and mitigate risks through effectiverisk management strategies and
    contingency planning.
    • Maintain high ethical standards and uphold the company's reputation and
    integrity in all business dealings.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
    MBA preferred.
    2. Proventrack record of 15 to 18 years of progressive experience in real estate, land sales,
    and comprehensive department management.
    3. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
    4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
    5. Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet targets, and exceed expectations.
    6. In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and regulatory
    framework.
    7. Proficiency in MS OfficeSuite and relevant real estate software.
    8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
    effectively.
