Job Description: Java Backend Developer

Role: Software Developer

Experience: 5-8 years of experience

Location: Pune, Hyderabad,

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth transaction

• Apply microservices concepts, leveraging Python when needed.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using J2EE

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new

features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning

and improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on using

Java, Microservices, Springboot, AWS

• Strong understanding of back-end development principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with microservices architecture

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools
