SpringBoot, Microservices, and cloud technologies.

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java,
SpringBoot, and Microservices architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-
edge.

Assist in writing technical user stories for the team and resolve blockers.
Work with Architects to get backlog grooming done.
Requirements:

Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
Strong knowledge of SpringBoot and Microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). AWS is preferred.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
