Desktop Support Engineer

We are hiring for Freshers for Desktop Support Role for One of our Banking Client Located at Mumbai - Goregaon.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in Desktop Support or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• BCA or B.Sc degree from a recognized university in any specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of configuration, installation, servicing, troubleshooting principles for desktops/laptops/printers/peripherals.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with users at various levels.
