Technical Lead - Java Programming (7-12 yrs)

Job Objective:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to make intuitive high-level decisions for software development. He/she shall be responsible for creating architectural approaches for software design and implementing the same by guiding the development team.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 2-6 engineers closely with complete authority and accountability to deliver high- quality software products in a fast-paced environment.

- Lead your team to design and develop applications based on Microservices architecture.

- Collaborate with other Technical Managers, Architects, and Product owners to build high-class products

- Design application modules and features for high performance, scalability, security, and availability.

- Define, improve, and follow best practices and processes related to design, code review, unit test, documentation for the development team.

Work Experience:

- 6-8 years of Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Scala experience required

- Strong experience with Spring framework & amp; hibernate based web-application development.

- Strong understanding of various design and architecture patterns.

- Lead team for 2-4 developers.

- Experience in CI/CD, DevOps, Jenkins, ELK.

- Knowledge on Git & amp; Agile methodology

- Awareness of the latest technology trends, engineering processes, practices, and metrics.
