L2 Support Manager (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Production L2 support - Application Log Monitor, DB query ( Mysql and Postgres).

- Daily Monitoring of logs and raising the ticket depending on the error log.

- Debug on the issue raised by the L1 support team.

- Knowledge to access Linux server OS.

- Should handle Tools like Jira, postman, Metabase, and elasticsearch.

Requirements :

Experience : 6 - 9 years.

- Team handling experience is a must.

- Proficient in accessing Linux servers.

- Proficient in using relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres.

- Hands-on knowledge of using the Postman tool.

- Good understanding of collaboration tools.

- Should be comfortable with the JIRA tool.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Good problem-solving skills.
