Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (0-1 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Contribute to continuous innovation by helping build new product capabilities.

- Help create algorithms and automations for various use cases in recruiting.

- Strengthen and scale backend engines for search, analytics, reporting, caching, etc.

- Improve performance and user experience of backend and front-end systems.

- Optimise design and code for performance and scalability.

- Write reusable and maintainable code.

- Work closely with the Product Manager and the rest of the tech team.

- Respond quickly to customer service issues.

- Hands-on with deployment and AWS.

- Be available for live issues and contribute to maintaining application uptime.

Requirements :

- Proficient in Node.js .

- Proficient in React.js .

- Comfort level with h few technologies of a modern stack such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS, etc.

- Must be actively solving DSA questions using C/C++.
