- Co-ordination for agencies for preparation of digital signatures
- Assist in filing with RBI
- Assist in preparation of Annual Reports
- Co-ordination with consultant for various filing of overseas Branches of Company
- Updation on records on Compliance portal
- Updation of physical records as per requirement of Companies Act, 2013
- Maintaining repository of records
- Ensuring timely payment of vendors
