Associate Project Manager

• Should have good project management work experience on client handling, team building, Risk analysis etc.
• Person should have experience of handling SCADA and Controls system. Experience of Energy Management would be additional advantage and interest in pursuing the carrier as Associate project manager.
• Should have client facing experience and having worked in highly matrix organization - this APM need to work closely with offshore development PM, SPM and onsite Development and Implementation PMs & SPM
• Should be able to mentor and guide the team technically
• Should be able to provide inputs to prepare the implementation schedule, track the progress of milestones, update the status on a weekly basis and identify risk / risk mitigation
• Should have good issue resolution and people management skills
• Should be having team leading experience.
• Good technical knowledge and working experience in Controls System, SCADA, HMI
• Reviews software deliverables developed by team members

• Guide the team in Requirement Closures, System Design, Development and Verification/Validation Tasks.

Necessary Qualification/ Technical Skills:

• 8-10 years' experience as a associate project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
• 3-4 years experience in client facing project management
• Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems
• Manage a team of around 10~20 resources, leads and engineers for Applications projects.
• 2 to 3 years of enterprise level software Program Management experience helpful.
• Responsible for on-time delivery of projects with high quality.
• Thorough SDLC and understanding value and trade-offs of varied development methodologies(Iterative, Agile)

Desirable:

• Experience in short release cycles & full software life cycle.
• Entire SDLC knowledge
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytic and troubleshooting skills. 
• Certified ScrumMaster and PMP Certification recommended.
• Project Management as per CMMiL5 processes

Education:

• B.Tech (CS/IT)/ MCA
