Job Description
- Shall be owning the communication and document trackers.
- Coordinating with the stakeholders for ensuring the submission of replies and documents on time.
- Supporting the team in preparing the drafts.
- Updating the trackers and sharing it with the team.
- Reminding the concerned for any outstanding actions.
- Maintaining the copies of all communications and documents in indexed manner.
- Must be fluent with written and verbal English.
- Must be conversant with Microsoft word and ppt.
- Must be comfortable to work from Project office and visit field/customer locations as required (within NCR).
- Should have working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Should have descent letter writing skills.
- Preferred to have technical skillscomputer or electronics.
