Identifying and securing media interaction opportunity for the brand Use a variety of channels (TV, press, online, new age media, etc.) to maximize company exposure. Crack 3-4 media opportunities for each client (each intern will be requested to shadow on two-three clients along with the supervisor
Follow up with media to ensure coverage (Least coverage expected are 10 every month)
Organize and coordinate PR activities
Liaise with marketing professionals to ensure consistency in promoting corporate image
Arrange for interviews or public speaking events for the spokesperson
Prepare the first draft of the press releases/notes
Prepare briefing documents
Take notes of the events and share it with the Content Manager on time
Assess opportunities and identify and negotiate with brands for sponsorships and other partnerships and manage relations for events
Analyze results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports
Coordinate with the Social media team for publicity and making the post live
Content ideas and generation
Attend client meetings
Requirements:
Eagerness to lean and adopt to new work environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations
A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
Tenure: 3-6months
Mobile and travel allowance to be fixed and reimbursed post discussion
Travel to clients office may be required three times a week
Scope of work may increase upon increase of clientele. Remuneration to be revised accordingly
