Basic Role : Searching all Govt./Pvt. Tender Inquiry (Internet). Functioned as Tender Executive & Arranging documents as per tender requirement.
Knowledge of MS Office, Good Communication Skill in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
JOB DESCRIPTION OF TENDER EXECUTIVE:-
Identifying and evaluating opportunities: Identifying tender opportunities from various sources, such as online platforms, client requests, and public notices.

Interpreting requirements: Interpreting tender requirements and coordinating with internal departments to gather information.
Ensuring deadlines are met: Ensuring that all tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines and following up on submission status.
Preparing bid submission documents: Preparing and compiling bid submission documents, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
Preparing technical financial bids: Preparing technical financial bids with assistance from seniors.
Preparing documents for e-tendering: Preparing documents for e-tendering on portals.
Responding to client inquiries: Receiving and dealing with inquiries from clients concerning tenders.
Negotiating contracts: Negotiating with suppliers and stakeholders to reach favorable agreements.
Preparing reports: Preparing detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs.
Monitoring bids: Monitoring the submission of bids and ensuring they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process.
