Job Title: Principal


Requirement In: A renowned CBSE school in Hardoi


Location: Lucknow Road, Hardoi, UP


Job Type: Full Time Employment


Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Working Days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Management:

1. Provide visionary leadership to foster a school environment that promotes academic excellence, character development, and student well-being.

2. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators and staff, ensuring alignment with the schools vision and values.

3. Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.


Academic Excellence

1. Supervise curriculum development, teaching methods, and assessment practices to ensure high academic standards and student outcomes.

2. Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to address learning gaps.

3. Support and guide teachers in the development of instructional materials, professional growth, and the use of innovative teaching methods.


Student-Centered Approach:

1. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.

2. Develop and implement policies and programs that address the diverse needs of students, including special education, behavioral support, and extracurricular activities.


Strategic Planning and Development:

1. Collaborate with the schools leadership team and Board of Education to develop and implement long-term strategic goals for the schools growth and success.

2. Lead the development of annual school budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and financial sustainability.

3. Monitor trends in education and technology to identify opportunities for school improvement and innovation.


Staff Development and Evaluation:

1. Hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver high-quality education.

2. Conduct regular performance evaluations of teachers and staff, providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional development.


Community Engagement:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community to ensure a collaborative and supportive school environment.

2. Represent the school at local, regional, and national events, ensuring the schools interests are effectively communicated and advocating for its needs.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: Masters degree in Education Leadership, School Administration, +B.ed , Certification or license in educational leadership or school administration.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in educational settings, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Principal, Vice Principal, Department Head).


Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, student assessment, and instructional strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Expertise in fostering a positive school culture and supporting diverse student populations.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and their application in the classroom.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Strong background in developing inclusive educational programs and fostering equity within the school community.
  • Experience with school accreditation processes and working with regulatory agencies.
  • Familiarity with state and national education policies and standards.
