Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic SeniorManager \u2013 Business Development to expand our business for all services. Theideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client relationshipmanagement, and market expansion within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, andConstruction) industry. You will play a key role in identifying new businessopportunities, building strong client partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Strategy
Develop and implement business development strategiesto expand our services across different geographies and industry segments.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities,partnerships, and potential clients in the AEC, Industry.
Achieve revenue andsales targets by driving lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.
Should have handled revenuetargets around $5Mn Yearly
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with keystakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, developers, andtechnology partners.
Understand client needs and offer tailored BIMsolutions that add value to their projects.
Ensure a high levelof client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis & Industry Insights
Stay updated with BIM industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and competitors\u2019 strategies.
Conduct market research and provide insights toenhance service offerings and competitive positioning.
Represent thecompany at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brandvisibility.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
Work closely with internal teams to create compellingproposals and presentations.
Lead and mentor abusiness development team to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
Required Skills:
Experience: 15-20 years in business development, sales, orstrategic partnerships within the BIM, AEC, or construction industry .
Knowledge of BIM Services: Strong understanding of BIM workflows,software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc), and its applications inconstruction and design.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating revenue,closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation, proposalwriting, and contract negotiation skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new business opportunities anddevelop go-to-market strategies.
