Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a team of arbitrages and jobbers.
- Show back-tested results and reports.
- Showcase the opportunity of trading in exchange.
- Create a training program to engage fresh jobbers and arbitrages.
- Establish and enhance cash and carry opportunities and assist in evaluating algorithmic trading opportunities.
- Communicate clearly, quickly, and effectively in a professional setting.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to implement iterative improvements to trading skills.
- Promote revenue generation from existing members in proprietary trading through schemes, campaigns, education, and awareness.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities between proprietary sales and business development teams across members engaged in proprietary and client businesses.
Experience:
Skills Required:
- Exposure to Business Development Roles.
- Thorough knowledge of Equity & Commodity Trading, Broking Industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick learner.
- Fast thinker and presentable.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Able to take and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a team.
- Ability to research a problem in depth using contemporary research and apply it to the Indian context.
- Comfortable working with numbers, with strong attention to detail.
