Job Description
- MBA from a reputed University/Institute or Post Graduate with Commerce background
Job Purpose
- Co-create, execute, and monitor the sales strategy for proprietary sales
- Identify new accounts to participate on the companys platform and promote increased trading from these accounts through manual as well as Algo
- Manage and coach a team of arbitrages and jobbers
- Show back-tested results and reports
- Showcase the opportunity of trading in the exchange
- Create a training program to engage fresh Jobbers and Arbitrages
- Establish and enhance cash and carry opportunities and handhold them to initiate and evaluate algorithmic trading opportunities
- Ability to communicate clearly, quickly, and effectively in a professional setting
- Entrepreneurial attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to implement iterative improvements to trading skills
- Promote revenue generation from existing members in prop trading through schemes, campaigns, education, and awareness
- Identify cross-selling opportunities between prop sales and business development teams across members doing prop and client businesses
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner
- Fast thinker and presentable
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Able to take and resolve day-to-day issues
- Demonstrate the ability to take people with them
- Must have the ability to research a problem in depth using contemporary research and apply it to the Indian context
