Senior Java Developers / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development:
  Lead the design and implementation of new features, enhancements, and integrations for the
  application, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize technical solutions and deliver a product that meets customer needs.
• Technical Skills:
  Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and related technologies.
  Solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization tools (Docker,
  Kubernetes).
  Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), and experience with high-volume, low latency data processing and distributed systems.
  Experience in building and deploying secure applications in a regulated environment.
• FinTech Knowledge:
  Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the FinTech space, including payment systems, transaction processing, financial data security, and regulatory compliance.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation:
  Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results while maintaining high technical and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6-11 years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for full-stack development.
• Familiarity with Big Data tools (Kafka, Hadoop).
