Sr. Business Development Executive/Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 3 years to 7 years

Industry Preference: Software Product Sales (CRM preferred) or IT Services

Salary: 7 LPA to 13 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through proactive cold calling and networking.
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations showcasing our SaaS offerings to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Strategically identify and target key decision-makers in B2B enterprises.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (3 years to 7 years) in selling software products (CRM preferred) or IT services.
  • Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role within a product/service-based IT company.
  • Strong background in IT sales with a solid understanding of technology and technical terminology.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in lead generation strategies and sales pipeline management.
  • A self-motivated mindset with a drive to achieve business growth goals.
