Job Summary
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Assistant Manager Insurance Operations to join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence within our insurance division.
As an Assistant Manager Claims and Insurance Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing Motor and Fire Claims, while also facilitating insurance operations, including policy processing, customer service, and administrative support. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and insurance tasks, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
What would you do at Navi?
- Manage and oversee end-to-end processes for Motor Claims and Fire Claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams & external stakeholders to ensure smooth claims processing and settlement.
- Oversee the processing of insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and policy changes.
- Ensure that all processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accurate processing of insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals, including updating policyholder information.
- Manage and maintain policy data to support decision-making, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all insurance operations & Claim Processing adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Generate and review reports on policy issuance, cancellations, renewals, claims etc.
- Provide insights into operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify areas for process improvement within the team.
- Propose and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency.
