Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager for our Zuvy team, who will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our online boot camps. This position requires someone passionate about education, skilled in coordination, and committed to driving outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a mix of operational, strategic, and relationship-management skills to ensure a stellar learning experience for our students.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Learner Experience Management: Ensuring a smooth bootcamp experience for scholars/students by managing and developing a team of associates, coordinating with instructors, and engaging with scholars/students while tracking and improving KPIs to meet organizational targets.
• Instructional Sync: Ensure curriculum alignment with instructors and lead weekly sync meetings with instructors, mentors, and other stakeholders.
• Feedback-Driven Improvements: Collect weekly feedback from students and use insights to address challenges and optimize the program.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and provide them with regular updates.
• Reporting & Analysis: Compile weekly reports on boot camp insights, challenges, and key performance indicators to guide strategic decisions.
• Product & Curriculum Testing: Test and refine course content continuously based on learner feedback, ensuring the course is consumable and effective.
• Strategic Innovation: Devise strategies to enhance course completion rates and learner engagement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in program management, education management, or a related field.
• BTech and similar technical degree as added advantage or preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a focus on outcomes.
• Tech knowledge or background is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive insights to optimize program outcomes.
• Passion for education equity and working with underserved communities.
