Backend Developer Intern - Samyarth

As a Backend Developer Intern at Samyarth, youll play a critical role in supporting our mission-driven development team by creating and maintaining backend services that drive impactful projects. • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend services.

• Write clean, efficient code, and contribute to code reviews to improve team standards.

• Develop and integrate APIs, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Work with frontend developers to align backend functionality with user-facing elements.

• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging backend issues.

• Document processes and assist in maintaining team knowledge bases.

• Basic Knowledge of Backend Technologies: Familiarity with at least one programming language like JavaScript (Node.js) or Python.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs: Basic knowledge of API development and integration principles.

• Databases: Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and debugging skills; ability to approach issues methodically and learn from challenges.
