Urgently hiring DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle data efficiently and accurately. This role requires a smart, analytical individual who can ensure data integrity and provide insightful support using advanced Excel functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems or databases.
• Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and manage data files efficiently for easy retrieval.

Advanced Excel Tasks:

• Create and manage complex spreadsheets with formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
• Perform data analysis using Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and INDEX-MATCH.
• Generate meaningful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Problem-Solving and Innovation:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel and other tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., macros, VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
