POSITION OVERVIEW
Summary: The Full Stack Backend Developer (Developer/Senior Developer) is responsible
for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications
using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The role involves working on
both frontend and backend development, API integrations, system architecture, and
database management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Design and Architecture: Participate in design and architecture of complex
systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
2. Coding and Development: Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code in
accordance with best practices.
3. Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to
coding standards, and knowledge transfer within the team.
4. Problem-Solving: Analyze and solve complex technical problems, leveraging
experience and expertise.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers,
designers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high- quality solutions.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement and advocate for best practices in testing and quality
assurance, ensuring the reliability and stability of software.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for
code, architecture, and processes.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and
best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
9. Code Optimization: Identify opportunities for code optimization and lead efforts to
enhance system performance.

What we are looking for (Skill sets)
1. Full Stack Development:
>As a Full stack Developer / Senior Developer design and develop robust, scalable frontend and backend systems using Node.js, Express, and key frameworks like LoopBack 4.x, React.js, Redux, React Fabric etc. along with other relevant technologies.
>Create RESTful APIs and seamlessly integrate them with frontend components. Craft efficient and reusable frontend components using React.js ensuring a user-friendly experience to implement the Loopback APIs.
>Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.

2. Database Management:
>Design and maintain databases with a focus on proper schema design and data integrity.
>Write optimized database queries and enhance overall database performance.
>Work with PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases for storing and retrieving data as required.

3. API Integration:

>Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the application's functionality.
>3+ years of practical experience with Integration frameworks and methodologies, including expertise in APIs and various data exchange mechanisms (e.g., CSV, XML, JSON) via SFTP and Cloud protocols.
>Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms for API endpoints.

4. System Architecture:
>Actively participate in architectural discussions, providing insights to enhance application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
>Design and implement caching mechanisms to elevate application speed and responsiveness.

5. Testing and Debugging:
>Develop comprehensive unit tests and conduct automated testing to identify and rectify issues early in the development cycle.
>Perform detailed debugging and troubleshooting of application errors and performance bottlenecks

6. Version Control and Collaboration:
>Utilize Git and other version control systems to manage codebase changes efficiently.
>Foster collaboration with team members using collaborative development tools and
platforms.

7. Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD):
>Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment
processes.
>Ensure secure and efficient deployment of the application across various
environments.

8. Performance Optimization:
>Monitor application performance, proactively identifying areas for optimization.
>Implement advanced techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and server-side
rendering to enhance both frontend and backend performance.

9. Documentation:
>Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering code, APIs,
and system architecture.
>Provide clear and detailed documentation for the benefit of fellow developers and
future reference.

10. Stay Current with Industry Trends:
>Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in full- stack development,
Node.js, and React.
>Apply industry best practices and innovative approaches to improve the application's
quality and efficiency.

11. Problem Solving:
>Analyze complex technical problems and present effective solutions.
>Take ownership of challenges and work diligently to overcome obstacles.

12. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and
clients, facilitating discussions on requirements, progress, and technical solutions.

Experience:
1. Developer: 3-5 Years of Experience as full Stack MERN developer
2. Sr. Developer: 5-8 Years of Experience as full Stack MERN developer and at least 2
years as a Senior Developer
