As an Offline Volunteer at Era Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and managing offline events in Delhi. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of these events, coordinate with other volunteers, and obtain necessary approvals from various societies and institutions. Event Organization: Plan, execute, and oversee offline events for Era Foundation in Delhi, including community drives, awareness campaigns, workshops, and other initiatives.
Volunteer Coordination: Collaborate with fellow volunteers from Era Foundation to ensure effective event planning and execution. Delegate tasks, motivate the team, and foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere.
Approval and Permissions: Liaise with different societies, institutions, and relevant authorities to secure required approvals and permissions for conducting offline drives and events on behalf of Era Foundation.
