Senior React JS Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and team-oriented Senior React Developer to join our growing team. As a senior software engineer, you will play a key role in product development and maintenance. You will be responsible for working on large-scale applications, solving complex technical challenges, and providing leadership to the development team.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in React development, with 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Break down product requirements into smaller, manageable tasks and work closely with the team to achieve successful completion.
• Solve technical challenges during the product development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster individual growth.
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
• Develop and support software applications, including database integration, user interfaces, and new functionality.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with different teams to ensure that projects meet business objectives, deadlines, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design decisions for web-based applications.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in React programming is a must.
• Full-stack development experience is a plus.
• Experience with C# and Web API is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Non-Relational Databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and database design.
• Familiarity with integrations is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and best practices in software design.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Whitebox Unit Testing.
• Familiarity with No-Code platforms is an added advantage.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in React development and product development.
• Must have experience in working on large-scale applications and have a strong understanding of software architecture.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
