Senior Vice President - Finance & Accounts - EPC/Manufacturing - CA (20-25 yrs)

We are looking for Sr. VP Finance & Accounts for one of our client based in Mumbai. Its a well known EPC Company. Following are the details-

Experience : Min 20 years post qualification experience. Should have handled minimum turnover of INR 3000 cr and large teams

Qualification : CA (1st/2nd attempt) (mandatory)

Industry preference : EPC/Manufacturing

This role will be a key member of the leadership team. Person will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the business and driving the financial strategy and planning. Person will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting of the company. Person will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, managing financial risks, and implementing financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a P&L team based in HO (Mumbai) & support country-based F&A teams functionally.

- Develop and execute the business's financial strategy in alignment with the overall strategy of the SBU.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and corporate (HO) stakeholders.

- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of financial risks.

- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decisions.

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and optimize working capital.

- Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax planning strategies across multiple countries.

- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

- Oversee regulatory compliance and filings, including tax planning and compliance across multiple countries.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Oversee and review the Insurance function and provide guidance to the team

- Lead business automation and process improvement initiatives.

- Lead and develop the fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Business partnership with country leads, project heads & Operational team to support smooth site / country operations.
