Academic Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Coordination: Spearhead the effective implementation of NatureNurture curriculums across partner schools, coordinating all necessary back-office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, nurturing strong, productive relationships with administrators, educators, and stakeholders.
• Training and Support: Organize and deliver comprehensive training sessions for school staff on curriculum details, teaching methodologies, and utilization of educational resources provided by NatureNurture.
• Feedback and Improvement: Actively collect and analyze feedback from partner schools to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with the curriculum development team to enhance educational content and delivery.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and progress for each partner school, ensuring accountability and facilitating informed decision-making processes.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by schools in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and partnership quality.

What Were Looking For:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in relationship management, ideally within the education sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude, capable of navigating challenges with creativity and resilience.
• A deep passion for education and a commitment to fostering educational excellence and innovation.
