Job Description

Job Title: Client Relationship Associate
Location: Vasant Vihar
Department: Sales
Reports To: Senior Management
Experience- 2-4 Year
Salary Range: 35k-50k


This role focuses on managing client relationships and overseeing the post-sale process, including vendor onboarding, billing, logistics, and documentation. Responsibilities include addressing client concerns, organizing private viewings, and preparing presentations. The position also involves tracking sales data, analyzing client feedback, and preparing monthly reports. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales or sales support, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM systems. This is a full-time position with occasional travel required.
Client Relations and Post-Sale Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their representatives to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Oversee the entire post-sale process: including vendor on boarding, billing, logistics, and end-to-end delivery coordination and ensuring that all necessary paperwork, including certificates of authenticity and sales agreements, are in place.
  • Address client grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated billing and shipping information in the CRM system.
  • Capture client interest and buyer history to personalize future interactions and offerings.
  • Maintain sales data per artist every month.
  • Maintain detailed records of exhibition and fair sales to analyze sales performance and profitability

Private Viewings:

  • Organize and manage exclusive private viewings for clients, tailoring experiences to individual preferences.
  • Facilitate Associate Directors with private viewing links and proposal generation as needed.
  • Develop presentations and pitches to showcase gallery offerings, artists, and exhibitions.


Reporting and Feedback:

  • Record and analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collate and prepare comprehensive sales reports at the end of every month for internal review.

Work closely with team members to implement feedback-driven strategies that enhance client engagement.

  • Client Relationship Management: Expertise in serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Post-Sale Coordination: Skilled in overseeing end-to-end post-sale processes, including vendor onboarding, billing, logistics, and managing necessary documentation (sales agreements, certificates of authenticity).
  • Problem Resolution: Strong ability to promptly and effectively address client concerns and grievances, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Data Management: Proficient in maintaining accurate client records, billing, shipping information, and sales data using CRM software.
  • Sales and Performance Tracking: Ability to track and analyze sales data per artist, exhibition, and fair sales to evaluate performance and profitability.
  • Private Viewing Organization: Experience in planning and managing exclusive private viewings, customizing experiences to meet client preferences.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Skilled in developing engaging presentations and pitches to showcase gallery offerings, artists, and exhibitions.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess feedback, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve sales and client engagement.
  • Reporting: Proficiency in preparing monthly sales reports and feedback summaries for internal review and performance evaluation.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to implement strategies based on client feedback and sales data.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, or a related role, with some leadership experience preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and preparing reports and presentations.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software to maintain client records, track sales data, and manage client interactions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-Time Position: Typically Monday to Saturday, with flexibility based on client needs.
  • Occasional Travel: May be required for client meetings, industry events, or training sessions.
