Qualifications:
Master s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, Agriculture, Fisheries, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of experience in conservation, environmental management, or sustainable development projects, preferably in coastal or mangrove ecosystems
Experience in conservation, environmental management, or sustainable development projects, preferably in coastal or mangrove ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of ecological principles, biodiversity conservation strategies, and environmental laws and regulations.
Proficiency in data analysis, GIS mapping, and other tools for resource monitoring and management.
Experience in leading projects with budget management is essential.
Knowledge of National and Global frameworks/guidelines in wetland management and climate change.
Professional proficiency in English and Bengali is required.
Two wheeler driving skills will be an added advantage.
