Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, Agriculture,
Fisheries, or a related field. - 8 to 10 years of experience in conservation, environmental management, or sustainable
development projects, preferably in coastal or mangrove ecosystems - Experience in conservation, environmental management, or sustainable development projects,
preferably in coastal or mangrove ecosystems. - Strong knowledge of ecological principles, biodiversity conservation strategies, and environmental
laws and regulations. - Proficiency in data analysis, GIS mapping, and other tools for resource monitoring and management.
- Experience in leading projects with budget management is essential.
- Knowledge of National and Global frameworks/guidelines in wetland management and climate
change. - Professional proficiency in English and Bengali is required.
- Two wheeler driving skills will be an added advantage.
