Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute a robust B2B sales strategy for the European and American markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients in relevant industries (food processing, retail, etc.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer demands, and competitive positioning.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key B2B clients, ensuring consistent client engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, managing expectations and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to strengthen relationships.
Sales Execution and Performance:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company guidelines.
- Manage pricing strategies, considering costs, market demand, and competitor activity.
- Resolve any client-related issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyse sales data to monitor performance against targets.
- Provide periodic sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
Skills, Competencies and :
Requirements:
Technical Skills: - Deep knowledge of export procedures.
- Familiarity with international trade practices, logistics, and documentation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
- Deep knowledge of agriculture products will be a plus.
Core Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of any European language will be an added advantage.
- Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field - MBA from Premier institutes is a plus.
- Experience: +5 years' experience in B2B international sales any food industry
- Location: Sec 15 Gurgaon, India
- Timings : European Shift (11:30 am to 08:30 pm)
