Microsoft Specialist - PowerApps (5-9 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Specialist.

- The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 to design, develop, and implement business applications tailored to organizational needs.

- This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of interacting with business stakeholders and leading technical teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

PowerApps Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using PowerApps Model-driven and Canvas apps.

- Build user-friendly interfaces, implement business logic, and integrate data from multiple sources.

Workflow Automation :

- Create, test, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Flow).

- Develop custom connectors to extend the functionality of PowerApps and Power Automate.

Data Integration & Management :

- Collaborate with data engineers to design and integrate applications with various data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, or external APIs.

- Interpret and design database models to ensure seamless data flow and efficient app performance.

Team Collaboration & Leadership :

- Interact closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead or guide team members in project execution and ensure best practices in development and implementation.

Licensing & Documentation :

- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of PowerApps and Flow licensing plans and ensure optimal utilization of available features.

- Document application designs, workflows, and customizations for internal and client reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 5-9 years of hands-on experience in developing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in PowerApps formulas and development methods.

- Expertise in creating business processes and workflows using Power Automate.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration.

- Competence in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.

- Knowledge of PowerApps licensing plans and features.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements :

- Ability to clear technical interviews demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
